- When a father with complex property disputes needed result and not a bargain, he turned to Resides & Resides. Making matters worse his ex-wife was manipulating his daughters to form a certain opinion about him that did not resemble the reality. To add insult to injury, his ex-wife was trying to acquire his mother’s house that the father had mortgaged to take care of his family while he was overseas serving his country in a highly specialized position in a time of war. Result? The father now lives out of state working in a highly skilled, highly paid and sensitive position for a government contractor with a joint custody plan that enables him to see his children on a set schedule where costs are evenly divided. His relationship with his daughters was saved and his mother did not lose her family home. Icing on the cake? His daughters now want to live with him and a Motion to Modify is in litigation.
- After Resides & Resides had achieved a favorable property settlement for a father who came to our firm demanding the best. Sadly, his ex-wife’s attorney mistakenly filed a lien on separate property when she failed to pay her attorney fees. Resides & Resides stepped in once again and defended our client and won release of the lean while also avoiding expensive litigation.
- After a year long battle Resides & Resides was able to reunite a father with his teenage daughter whose mother was deemed “less than fit” by the court. Additionally, our lawyers were able to successfully represent the rights of a father and enable him to win custody of his young daughter and all final decision making authority.

- Mr. Resides successfully intervened an 80 year old business scam offered to one of our client’s as a business opportunity, saving approximately $260,000 in costs.
- Mr. Resides also uncovered truth behind another scam in which an investor who approached a client offering business opportunities was in fact filing for bankruptcy and had no chance of gaining licensure through the FCC, a review process which determined expense as well as the initial investment would not result in profit based on the Quadrennial Review Order saving our client roughly $500,000.
- After four long years, Resides & Resides was able to help a vulnerable Alzheimer’s patient whose life savings were being squandered by his family. Our client’s savings and well being were returned to him so he could live the rest of his years in comfort.
- When an annulment was needed after 10 months of marriage to a woman addicted to a controlled substance there was only one place to turn for this client and owner of a lucrative trucking company. After gaining knowledge over an obvious dispute of property settlement Resides & Resides was successful in allowing our client to walk away unscathed. There was no award of alimony and each party was awarded separate property obtained before marriage.
