W. Devin Resides
W. Devin Resides is co-founder and manager of Resides & Resides, PLLC. Mr. Resides practices in the areas of commercial litigation, government contracting, labor and employment law, appellate advocacy and workers’ compensation. The most recent achievement of his appellate practice is Saul v. Alcorn, 2007 OK 90. Mr. Resides also has experience with tribal gaming, prize claims and tort claims. Mr. Resides served as Managing Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review and President of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Mr. Resides has published “HMO Liability in the New Millennium: New Theories with and Old Twist” in the Oklahoma City University Law Review in Vol. 27, Spring 2002. Mr. Resides is a former police officer with the Prescott Police Department in Arizona during which time he received a number of awards, including a Meritorious Service Award, a Lifesaving Award, and a Top Shooter Award. Mr. Resides is a member of Edmond Masonic Lodge #37 and Oklahoma City Lodge #37 AF & AM. He is also a member of the McAlester Scottish Rite and Oklahoma City India Shrine. Mr. Resides is licensed to practice before all Oklahoma state and federal courts.

Laure M. Resides is co-founder and manager of Resides & Resides, PLLC. Ms. Resides practices in the areas of commercial real estate, administrative law, corporate and banking law, estate planning and appellate advocacy. The most recent achievement of her appellate practice is Saul v. Alcorn, 2007 OK 90. Ms. Resides also has experience with tribal gaming, prize claims and tort claims. Prior to establishing the law firm of Resides & Resides, PLLC, Ms. Resides was employed with the law firm of Phillips, McFall, McVay, McCaffrey and Murrah, P.C. where she worked with some of the most highly respected transactional attorneys in the nation. Ms. Resides has experience in commercial and residential leases, sales of real and personal property, loan transactions for various lenders throughout the state and consumer law compliance for various finance companies throughout the nation. Ms. Resides has brought to completion numerous complex and multi-state transactional closings, including the purchase and sale of fifty-one (51) franchises in a single transaction. Ms. Resides received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she received a full Merit Scholarship and was Research Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. Ms. Resides is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state courts.
