W. Devin ResidesW. Devin Resides practices in the areas of commercial litigation, government contracting, oil and gas, workers' compensation, and employment law. Admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2002, he received his education at Northern Arizona University (B.S. 1990) and Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D. 2002), where he received the Lloyd Henry Scholarship and a Merit Scholarship. Mr. Resides served as Managing Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review and President of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Mr. Resides has published "HMO Liability in the New Millennium: New Theories with and Old Twist" in the Oklahoma City University Law Review in Vol. 27, Spring 2002. Mr. Resides is a former police officer with the Prescott Police Department in Arizona during which time he received a number of awards, including a Meritorious Service Award, a Lifesaving Award, and a Top Shooter Award. Mr. Resides is a member of Edmond Masonic Lodge #37 and Oklahoma City Lodge #37 AF & AM. He is also a member of the McAlester Scottish Rite and Oklahoma City India Shrine. Mr. Resides is licensed to practice before all Oklahoma state and federal courts. 

Laure M. ResidesLaure M. Resides practices in the areas of real estate, commercial, banking, wills trusts and estates and corporate law. Admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2002, she received her education at Oklahoma State University (B.A., 1999) and Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2002), where she received a full Merit Scholarship. Mrs. Resides was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity and served as Research Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. Mrs. Resides is a recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law, the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing and the Law Review Managing Editor’s Award. A portion of Mrs. Resides practice focuses on transactional law, earning her recognition from Sonic Corp. for closing the sale of fifty-one (51) Texas Sonic to Sonic Corp. She is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma courts. 

Zane D. WoodShaun T. RileyShaun T. Riley practices primarily in the areas of government contracts, bankruptcy, government torts, qui tam, military law, federal administrative law, aviation law and federal criminal defense. His education includes a B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA (1985), an M.B.A. (Finance/Management with High Honors) from Oklahoma City University (1987) and a J.D. (Honors) from The University of Arkansas (1990). He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, The United States Court of Federal Claims, and The Federal District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Mr. Riley is a retired Air Force Judge Advocate. During 20 years as an Air Force Officer, he handled a wide range of matters. He defended claims against the Air Force, including torts and medical malpractice. He worked with the US Attorney's office to prosecute fraud and false claims against the Government. He prosecuted and defended military criminal justice cases. He handled Flight Evaluation Boards and Flight Safety Investigations. He also worked every aspect of the government contracting system; including, serving as a contracting officer; source selection advisor; contract litigation attorney; and Associate General Counsel of the Air Force for Classified Acquisitions.

Becky Brewer NevelsRebecca Brewer Nevels practices in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, family law and estate planning. Her education includes a B.S. in Funeral Service from The University of Central Oklahoma (1996). Upon completion of her Bachelors Degree, she spent time as a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in Oklahoma. In 2002, she graduated from Oklahoma City University with her Juris Doctorate. Once admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2003, she opened her own law firm in Sulphur, Oklahoma, where her primary focus was abstract review, title opinions, real estate transactions, family law and estate planning. In 2004, she left private practice and became an Assistant District Attorney in Stephens County, Oklahoma. As an Assistant District Attorney she was responsible for the filing and prosecution of all Juvenile Delinquent and Juvenile Deprived cases, all Adult Protective Services cases and all adult and juvenile mental health cases. This gave her a great knowledge of the juvenile justice and juvenile court systems. While an Assistant District Attorney, she was responsible for the filing and prosecution of felony and misdemeanor cases as well. She has gained experience in felony and misdemeanor jury trials and has argued before the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. While a prosecutor she served on the Stephens County C.A.R.E. team, a multi-disciplinary team responsible for responding to all reported cases of suspected child abuse in Stephens County and was an Executive Board Member of the C.A.R.E. Team. She also served as on Executive Board of Stephens County Youth Services and was the Chairperson of the Stephens County Graduated Sanctions Program.
